A Christian NGO expedites installation of electric water pump in a village in District Narowal

A Christian NGO, Canadian Multicultural Care Group (CMCG) has funded and facilitated installation of an electric water pump in a village in District Narowal, Punjab. The village people had no means of clean drinking water, and the installation of electric water pump will now ensure availability of clean and safe drinking water to the locals.

The NGO which was established and headed by Canada based Pakistani Christian Professor Obaid Chaudhary, who also holds the position of Communications director of the CMCG. Other members include, John Gill President CMCG, Mrs. Romila Mallo Vice President CMCG, Noel Chaudhary General Secretary CMCG and Dr. David Charles Senior Adviser to the NGO.

President of Canadian Multicultural Care Group (CMCG) has urged all to lift the missionary work of the group in prayers. “Please keep the group in your prayers,” Professor Obaid Chaudhary urged. The group has also laid stress on the fact that their endeavor was aimed to provide clean dirking water to the locals.

In addition to the installation of an electric water pump, a hand pump has also been installed which will ensure non-stop supply of clean water to all the residents of the village. The installations will be of great assistance to the villagers as unavailability of safe and clean water was already causing great nuisance in the form of health issues to the locals.
