The afflicted of the Badami Bagh incidence, decline Government of Punjab’s charity food.
The residents of Joseph Colony, Lahore refused to accept aid provided by the Government of Punjab saying – their houses and properties have been burned to ashes and the food provided is equivalent to poison. Full of resentment the distressed occupiers returned to their desolated houses to look for the remains after the vicious incidence. Their annoyance over the failure of the government to secure their houses and assets is mounting every moment.
Protests were held in more or less all the major cities of Pakistan to condemn such vile attacks on properties and assets of the minorities.
