Egypt yet to help persecuted Egyptian Christians
In August 14 On Aug. 14, 2013, thousands of Muslims began a four-day rampage throughout Egypt seeking revenge for the military-backed, removal of Islamist president Mohamad Morsi. They reportedly attacked anything at all associated with Christ, Christians or Christianity. These violent mobs caused mass destruction to Christians’ properties killing 6 Coptic Christians.
A year has passed since the attacks; however, Egyptian Christians continue to make great efforts to restore their lives. Christians have received no government aid to restore more than 100 homes, businesses and other items of personal property damaged a s a result of these attacks.
