Another dead body of a 4-year-old found off the Turkish beach.

According to media reports, dead body of a four-year-old Syrian girl was washed up on a beach in the Aegean town of Cesme in Izmir province western Turkey today Friday, September 18. The Turkish state media has confirmed her dead body found on the beach.

So far the identity of the girl is yet to be confirmed but it has been speculated that this girl might be one of those on a boat carrying 15 migrants capsized. The boat was carrying migrants to the Greek island of Chios, the official Anatolia news agency stated.

It was stated that the Turkish coast guard managed to rescue the remaining 14 Syrians on the inflatable boat. These included eight children; the girl appears to be the only casualty.

In the wake of escalating refugees crisis the Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus stated on Friday September 18, “Turkish coast guard had rescued over 53,000 migrants from stricken boats since the beginning of the year.”

He revealed that about 274 migrants lost their in Turkish waters so far this year, all of these migrants eyed Greece as their destination as they flee from Syria. In another recent incident 22 people who left Turkey drowned as their wooden boat sank off Kos.

Few days before, distressing pictures of dead body a three-year-old Syrian refugee identified as Aylan Kurdi, was found washed up on a Turkish beach after the boat carrying his family to the Greek island of Kos tipped over. Photos of hid dead aroused an unrestricted outpouring of emotions from all over the world. The European countries were pressurised to accelerate their response to the refugee crisis.
