While condemning the butchery of Christians in Iraq and responding to the Pope’s appeal, hundreds of Catholics of the city participated in the ‘silent rally’ and a prayer session in St Brigit Convent Nanthoor at 6.30 pm yesterday September 9.

About 600 Christians under the leadership of United Christian Association and Infant Jesus Shrine Bikarnakatte marched silently from Infant Jesus Shrine Bikarnakatte to St Brigit convent at Nanthoor with the candles in their hands.
