Hyderabad: Scholarships awarded to deserving Christian students


Diocese of Hyderabad awards scholarships to deserving Christian students. These scholarships are awarded by assistance from a charity group from United Kingdom. These students will be assisted in getting enrolled in colleges, and their fees expenses would be taken care of under the scholarship project.

Bishop of Hyderabad, Rt. Reverend Kaleem John distributed the scholarship documents among the deserving Christian students. In this regard UK-based charity Christian Relief International (Barnabas Fund, UK) will be sponsoring these Christian students.

Under this project, the deserving Christian students will be provided with admission fee along with monthly tuition fee. Recipient students studying at intermediate and bachelors levels will be succored. By dint of these scholarships, the students will be enabled and assisted in paying their admission and monthly fees for intermediate, graduation and computer studies, Diocese of Hyderabad explained on social media.

Diocese of Hyderabad expressed thankfulness towards Christian Relief International (Barnabas Fund) and appreciated their initiative in order to help and uplift the Christians in Pakistan. On this occasion, the recipient students and their parents also thanked the charity group saying that their support was highly appreciated and valuable.

Christian Relief International is a non-profit organization which is supporting Christians across the globe who are suffering for the sake of their faith. CRI is a non-governmental organization which aims to succor persecuted Christians around the world.
