LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan in a message to the nation has urged people to step out and join his ‘Azadi’ march to Islamabad on August 14.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf’s Chairman said that people must join him in the Azadi march for their own good and not for his sake. “I have everything, but I am concerned about my nation,” his message read. The PTI chief has negated any possibility of talks with the government and is all set to lead a million-man march to the Federal Capital on August 14; demanding an end Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s rule. In this regard, a PTI core committee meeting is scheduled for Sunday to finalise preparations for the Azadi march.
“If you do not step out on August 14 to fight for your rights, there will be no change in the country.”
