ISIS goes underground in Syria

The Islamic State militants have gone underground in its Syrian stranglehold since US President Barack Obama authorised US air strikes on the ISIS group in Syria. These jhadists are disappearing from the streets, dispatching weapons and fighters, and cutting down their media exposure. In Raqqa, the locals say Islamic State has been moving equipment every day since Obama signalled on Sept 11 that air attacks on its ISIS could be expanded from Iraq to Syria. Moreover, the Islamic State militants who characteristically answer questions on the Internet have been off line since then.
