Shahzad Khalid reported that the Investigation Officer in this case is trying to mar the truth so that the perpetrators may go unpunished. “The Investigation Officer Benyamin is trying to force the girl to give stamen according to his will,” he stated.

He maintains that the police are not following the standard legal procedure due to be pursued in rape cases. The Christian victim was not presented before the duty magistrate in Islamabad. He has urged the believers to pray for the victim and her family so that they may have courage to stand against the pressure.
