Christian snooker player Babbar Masih, makes it to the top two in the National Ranking Snooker Championship. Babar will be facing off Asjad Iqbal on Sunday in the big game. Babar made it into the finals by beating Abu Saim by 5-2 in the semis on Friday, June 3. The tournament organized under the auspices of Pakistan Billiard and Snooker Association, in Karachi inches towards it end as top two all set to play each other off on Sunday, June 5.
Punjab based Babar Masih, fourth in the national ranking, will take on Asjad, seventh in the national ranking. Winner of Sunday’ final will not only be able to lay hands on the trophy but will be awarded a cash prize of seventy thousand Pakistani Rupees while the runner up will be awarded forty thousand Pakistani Rupees.
Second Ranking Snooker Championship commence from May 28 to June 5, at Movenpick Hotel. As many as 38 players, from across the nation, who ranked top in 41st National Snooker Championship 2016 held from May 15 to 17 at Karachi.
