Pashtoonkhwa Milli Awami Party’s MPA William Barkat lays great stress on addressing the issues of minorities. He was addressing an assembly at the inaugural ceremony of a community hall and boundary hedge around a Christians’ graveyard. He reiterated his desire to chip in for national advancement.
Member of Balochistan Assembly William Barkat who hails from Christian community stated that taking efficacious efforts for the betterment of minorities of Muslim Bagh was among his top priorities. A boundary wall has been constructed around Christians’ graveyard in Muslim Bagh, at the same time a community hall has also been built for the usage of local minorities.
The community hall has been named Musa community hall, which has been inaugurated by MPA William Barkat. During the inauguration ceremony other dignitaries from the Pashtoonkhwa Milli Awami Party (MAP) were also present. Those accompanying MPA William Barkat included Pashntoonkhwa MAP’s Allah Noor, Chairman Asif Khan and Deputy Chairman Malik Faqeer Hussain. This inauguration ceremony was also attended by a large number of local Christians, who expressed contentment over MAP’s public service strategies.
While further continuing, he said that it is his duty to serve the public regardless of religion. MAP believes in undiscriminating service, he asserted. We all who inhabit this land over a century now have shaped up Pakistan’s identity, and will continue to being instrumental in progress of Pakistan.
