At least 14 terrorists dead as a result of air blitz by Pakistan military.

According to details, ISPR has stated in its recent tweet that at least 23 terrorists were quieted in recent air strikes in North Waziristan. Several hide outs of terrorists were targeted in fresh air strikes.

ISPR stated on Saturday, August 29, that Pakistan military jets started bombarding militants’ hideouts and other targets associated with terrorists in Shawal, area of North Waziristan.

The military offensive has been intensified on Saturday, August 29, intensifying the military operation against terrorists. Apart from killing 14 terrorists, the air strikes resulted in complete destruction of four militants’ hideouts in the region.

The air strikes were carried out in Shawal district of North Waziristan. “In precise aerial strikes in Shawal, 14 terrorists have been killed,” the ISPR statement said. However, just last week, Pakistan Army, announced that it was initiating a ground offensive in the region, just hours after Pakistan military jets hammered targets in the area.

According to Director General ISPR Asim Bajwa, the ground operation was being carried out on direction of the Army Chief General Raheel Shareef; e further stated that air and ground offensives should be synchronized.
